(You will need to discuss decorations with a member of the committee if you wish to attach fixtures and fittings)
(Please use your surname as payment reference if paying by Bank Transfer.)
(Use of Kitchen is included in all hires)
Notes on power:
1. Lesser & Main Hall lighting and gas hob in Kitchen is included in all hires.
2. Hot Water, Heating and Electricity sockets for Hall and Kitchen paid by hirer using coins in meter (£1, £2, 20p taken)
3. If you wish to use the Stage / Bar electricity sockets, you will be charged for the use of it through the main meter reading. Meter will be read immediately before your hire and after.
4. No portable heaters are to be used anywhere in the Hall.

Cancellations must be made in writing or by email to The Barbour Hall. In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the event, 50% of the hire cost will be payable.
